Despatch & Delivery

We endeavour to despatch orders within 24 hours for orders placed Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday will be despatched the following working day.

We deliver globally from €3.50. Delivery costs are driven by the recipients' location. Deliveries within the Republic or Northern Ireland are charged at a flat rate of €3.50.

We use a courier service to make our deliveries in the majority of cases; on some occasions we may use the postal service.

When placing an order please include a mobile (cell) phone number to facilitate the swift delivery of your order

On the rare occasion that an item you have ordered may be temporarily out of stock we will contact you to see if you want us to hold the entire order until everything is ready or if you want us to despatch the order in separate consignments.
