If returning goods to us please fill in the details on the returns form which is on the reverse side of your invoice. By providing this information you are helping us to refine and improve our service to you.
You must pay for returns.
Irrespective of which service provider you use for returns please ask for a receipt of postage if returning goods to us. We cannot make a refund on goods returned if they fail to reach us.
If you returning an item you must do so within 14 calendar days.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment and will be made without undue delay on our part.
